Yes, we can. 80% of our revenue is from commercial transactions however we do help our clients with residential investments if they so wish. On many occasions, we have had investors approach us with residential requirements and ultimately end up investing in a commercial property after discussion and consideration. Historically, the majority of residential property returns have been delivered through capital growth.
