Ferrari 430 Scuderia M16

The Scuderia Spider 16M was launched to celebrate winning the Formula 1 Constructors’ World Championship title in 2008. The Scuderia Spider 16M is a sports cabriolet with an eight-cylinder rear engine. The Scuderia Spider 16M combines the innovative equipment of the 430 Scuderia with the pleasure of open-top driving offered by the F430 Spider. Produced in a limited edition of just 499, the Scuderia Spider 16M was designed for the brand’s most passionate fans who appreciate its exclusivity.

The exclusive interior is highlighted by a silver ‘Limited Series’ badge above the air vents in the centre of the dashboard. Other exclusive details include a roll bar with carbon fibre shell and a special latest-generation audio system that connects to the dock just in front of the dashboard with a detachable and customised Ferrari iPod Touch 16 GB. The Scuderia Spider 16M has a dry weight of 1,340 kg (80 kg lighter than the F430 Spider).

This – combined with the V8 engine’s 510 horsepower and specific output of 2.6 kg/hp – means the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in a staggering 3.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 315 km/h (195 mph).
