Aamir Aka is Founder and CEO of Adivo Consulting.

Aamir joined Andersen Consulting on the Graduate Development Programme after completing his Masters from City University Business School in London. Having completed 5 years at Andersen in 2001, Aamir left to start his own Consulting Firm in the UK which has now successfully expanded to the GCC and works with some of the leading Corporation and Government entities in the region.

Based out of Bahrain, Aamir manages the relationships with some of Adivo's largest clients in the region as well as sitting on a number of Boards within the UK and the GCC.

Mehdi Tekaya Mehdi Tekaya

Mehdi Tekaya is a Senior Partner at Adivo Consulting and brings his extensive business consulting experience to our clients. He supported numerous companies to develop their business strategies, improve their service level, reduce their operating costs, develop and implement new systems and facilities. Prior to his consulting career Mehdi has spent several years in various managerial roles in the business outsourcing industry in Europe where he was in charge of designing and implementing large outsourcing programs.

He started his career in Europe and moved to the Middle East 10 years ago where he supported large regional government and private sector organizations.

In addition to his role as a Partner at Adivo Consulting, Mehdi is a founder, Chairman and board member of a regional business outsourcing and system integration group operating in the EMEA region.

Manish Gumber Manish Gumber

Manish Gumber is an Executive Director at Adivo Consulting since 2008.

Manish is an Engineering Graduate and has an MBA from SPJIMR, India. Prior to joining Adivo, Manish worked with KPMG Consulting, GE and HCL Technologies.

Manish, has been involved in numerous consulting assignments in career spanning over 18 years, some of the key engagements were:

  • Defining Maintenance Outsourcing Strategy and service providers' selection for a $14 Billion greenfield Refinery & Petrochemicals complex in the KSA, which led to circa $1 Billion complete maintenance outsourcing deal.
  • ERP, EHS, DMS and BI system selections for large Asset intensive & Manufacturing companies, Diversified Family Owned business groups and Government organizations.
  • Definition of Balanced Scorecard and Performance Management system for a large utility company.

Manish is married and has two children and currently resides in Bahrain.

Martyn Fribbens Martyn Fribbens

Martyn Fribbens is an Executive Director at Adivo Consulting since 2008.

He graduated from the University of East London and has received a Diploma in Project Portfolio Management from Oxford College.

Previously he worked in banking, most notably for UBS, latterly focusing on delivery of projects in high impact areas. For the last 20 years he has focused on delivering Project and Program Management Excellence (PPME) consulting.

For Adivo, Martyn has been involved in numerous engagements which include:

  • PMO Director setting up and operating Project and Programme Management Offices for clients in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Project Director for a new post-graduate university in Saudi Arabia, setting up a PMO team of 25+ consultants and professionals, defining governance, methods, policies and procedures.
  • Program Manager, setting up a PMO and defining project management methods, requirements and processes for the implementation of a Product Handling Warehouse Management System

Martyn originates from the UK, is married with three grown-up sons and currently resides in Bahrain.

Kamal Raza Kamal Raza

Kamal Raza is an Executive Director who joined Adivo Consulting in 2013.

Kamal holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College, London and a BSc in Banking & International Finance from Cass Business School.

Prior to joining Adivo Kamal held consulting positions at Ernst & Young and PA Consulting and also industry positions at Yas Marina Circuit and Level 3 Communications.

Kamal has been involved in numerous engagements in the GCC and UK which include:

  • Strategy development for Social Housing PPP in Bahrain
  • Restructuring and commercialisation of Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi
  • Procurement for UK Passport Production and Identity Card Programme

Kamal is based in Abu Dhabi and has lived in the GCC since 2008.

Yanal Jaghbir Yanal Jaghbir

Yanal Jaghbir is an Executive Director at Adivo Consulting since 2008.

Yanal joined Management Consulting upon his graduation from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. His Big Four consulting experience was established through specialized consulting training and international service delivery in business process optimization.

His functional delivery experience mostly specializes in establishing and improving procurement, supply chain management, general support and human resources support functions. Yanal has delivered measurable large scale optimization programs for blue chip organizations in the oil and gas, airline, transportation, entertainment and development sectors.

Yanal is based in the Bahrain office and is responsible for business development, managing service delivery teams and managing senior client relationship.

Art Uprety Art Uprety

Art Uprety is a Senior Advisor in Adivo Consulting.

Art brings with him 15 years of international experience of working with global management consulting firms in UK, Middle East, Russia, CIS, W. Europe and Asia . Prior to joining Adivo, Art was a Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Art has worked extensively with leading companies in Power and Utilities, Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals and Industrial Goods sectors around the world.He has a proven track record of delivering long term sustainable value for his clients by developing and implementing winning strategies, shaping and leading business transformation programmes, delivering operational improvements and building effective organisations.

Art has served expert committees on Utilities regulation and energy efficiency for government agencies and regulators in Russia and was a Global Topic Leader for Power Generation at BCG.

Art also coaches senior client executives and supports them in developing and delivering training programmes.

He holds MBA degree from IMD, Switzerland and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Moscow Power Engineering Institute. He speaks English, Russian, French, Hindi and Nepali.

In his free time, Art enjoys photography and hiking in the mountains.
